"Wish I could give him 6 stars! Great experience from start to finish. Love that he works by appointment only, we didn't feel rushed and it allowed us to get all of our questions answered. My wife had lost the .22 carat marquise feature stone on her wedding ring, and we wanted to upgrade. Also, some of the channels holding in the smaller diamonds were worn down and needed repairing. Josh quoted us for a .66 carat stone. A few days later he had us come in to look at 3 different diamonds and the one we liked best was a .74 carat oval and it was the same price! To top it all off, we had some old gold rings we had inherited, and he bought those from us, and we applied it to the price of the new, upgraded ring with a new setting. Josh also re-sized a couple of my wife's rings that she hadn't been able to wear in years, and he repaired a another ring where she had lost a stone. Oh, and I found the original diamond that my wife had lost, and he allowed us to trade it in as well! I've included before and after pics, but they don't do it justice. I will certainly use Josh in the future, and have already referred him to friends of mine. Thank you Josh!"
