"The gentleman that purchased the laundry mat and the machines placed at various apartment complexes from Mr. Roncelli earlier this year, is a poor excuse of a business owner. He is obviously only interested in money. Many machines at the apartment complexes are broke or don’t work properly. All notes left regarding that machines malfunctioned and wasted a person’s money are ignored. The new owner refuses to refund money or repair machines."

"Most of the washing machines are out-of-order or leak (badly). There are not enough carts. There is no sink to wash your hands in the bathroom. And, there is no way of contacting anyone if there is an emergency on the weekend (such as aforementioned leaking issues)."

"I was frustrated and disappointed by the lack of maintenance. A lot of machines are out of order. Most of the ones that work have issues with the quarter slots and softener cups. One of them floods the store."
