"My husband and I came here to have some rings cleaned and fixed. We weren't offered any services and were told that all of their tools were "gone", only polished the rings a little. The man helping us kept telling us one of our rings was fake, and then he asked if we were homeless??? We handled it pretty well but were utterly disrespected and talked down to the whole time. We left him a $5 tip since us homeless folk clearly needed to take the hint that he wasn't going to help us with anything or recommend a jeweler who could. Probably thought we were trying to pawn our family rings... Ha! We immediately went to Meierotto Jewelers off Armour Road in NKC and were immediately greeted and treated with the utmost respect and professional service. Turns out our "fake ring" was a vintage one of a kind WW2 ring. I do not recommend going to Dalia's unless you want to be treated like you are homeless!"
