"Is the owner of Falkner plumbing a drug addict or did he not complete elementary contracting 101 which states that the easiest best way to leave a customer happy, no matter how the job gos, is to clean up your job mess, which 98% of the contracting companies out there know that much. That's the basics. Well this job had thr customer, a 62 year old woman had to clean up 2 trash bags of wet ceiling tile and haul it out herself (wet ceiling tile has some weight to it also)They have lied several times claiming they will come out and pick up the wet ceiling tile, the pipes, and the ENTIRE mess they left over from the job they completed well over a month ago. I am appalled that a plumbing company would leave the entire mess of their job to a single Mom and her Mom who's on disability (she's my younger sister in law amd her Mom) who is exhausted just trying to make it as a babysitter. Get ahold of Billyjo and her Mom Tracy on Sacramento st. if you care about honoring your word. If you come clean it up like any contractor knows to, then I may consider taking this review down."

"Falkner plumbing damaged my vanity top during the faucet installation. The owner said that his technician didn’t do the damage. My vanity was not chopped/cracked before they worked in my bathroom and after they left my vanity was damaged. Owner is not making this situation right."

"This company put new water lines in throughout my house 4 years ago. I had issues with the owners son returning hours after the job was done. Today I had this company put new lines in my tub, quoted price for 3 hours work including drywall repair. Job was done in less than 1 hour, no drywall, used access panel and charged more than double the quoted price."
