"I would not recommend purchasing flowers from here. We ordered online and did not receive the same bouquet that was in the picture. Owner wasn’t very nice about it when I called. If the prices online are wrong then fix them. If the pictures are wrong then fix them. I paid for 5 roses and beautiful small flowers. I got 2 roses and bunch of carnations. This is not what I ordered. She gave a bunch more excuses. My parents loved the flowers that I purchased but still it wasn’t what I ordered. I think they gave me a lower cost bouquet. A different one on their site."

Called First Class directly, told them my predicament, admitted my failure, and asked if they could help. Not only did First Class help, they exceeded all expectations.
