"I have never wrote a review in my life but today I feel the need to . I take great pride in doing all of my business locally , however this was by far the worst experience I have had locally ! I had James look into some back taxes for my business and tasked him with taking care of them for me as well as spoke to him about taking over my book keeping for my business. A year later here we are still not completed . I have called them on average twice a month for this period of time and every time I got the same answer ! We are close to finishing them up I will call you this afternoon …. Never once did I get a phone call back . This last week I called and left a bit of an unpleasant voicemail to see if I could light a fire under there tails a little and still no returned phone call … I have called ever day for over a week and I get forwarded to voice mail every time !!! On the positive side James and his staff are very nice people I do give them that but as far as customer service it’s just not there !!!"

"They are good about getting your taxes done and half way turned in. And hope you dont have any questions that need answered because you wont get call returned. And the state taxes were done wrong and amount owed was wrong."
