"Got delayed trying to buy an AR. Guy promised it was going to take up to 5 business days. I just asked him to keep me updated. That was at the end of May. I kept calling every week after the first 7 business days to check if my application was approved. He never answered the phone, claiming it was “super busy”. Left voicemails, which were disregarded. I show up to get an update today, June 17th, after calling from outside the shop with no answer. Shop was empty. Owner claims that after 2 and a half weeks he still doesn’t have an answer. So why not just pick up the phone and tell me “the approval hasn’t come back yet?” Terrible business practice, stay away if possible. Outdated and overpriced guns too. Was trying to help a local business owner, and it bit me in the butt."
