The family values is also laughable, I will not go into details but do yourself a favor that I did not. Ask how high the turnover rate is within the company, if they respond with anything under 10% they are lying to your face. In addition, if you are going into IT, ask the "director" why the whole department quit because of him. I hope this saves someone else from making the same decision I did."
