"Terrible customer service! Went in tonight for my son to grab 5 gold fish and some fish food. No one would come to help, including the cashier who just stared at us from behind the register (there were no other customers). Finally got someone to help us, she then refused to sell us the goldfish because she didn’t believe that we had a big enough tank. Asked for the manager who said nothing, but then sold them to us. Will never be back."

"I will never spend another dime in that petsmart again. How was there tonight looking at fish? And while the lady that works there is fishing out some fish for another customer. She turns to me with clear attitude and states. "Just so you know, I'm not getting you any fish tonight. I'm closing the fish sales." First of all, I didn't say anything to her. It never mentioned that I wanted any fish. And I if I did. How hard is it to fish out a couple fish? It doesn't take a college degree Or or a huge effort on her part. The stores open you're supposed to work until it closes. I don't know if she was trying to be cute for the guy she was trying to help. Or if she was just in a bad mood, but I spent way too much money in petsmart for her to have that Attitude with me. I'm done with it. After reading other reviews it sounds like the same person others have written about. She needs a different line of work for sure!"

"Had the boys cut and shampoo. The staff was very nice to our fur buddies. They may not have enjoyed the spa day. But they look amazing. Prices were reasonable and the effort and helpfulness was welcome. We had trouble choosing how to groom and the staff offered choices to us. They look great and we are happy with the visit. The staff are definitely animal lovers and that means a lot to us as owners and companions. Definitely will return for grooming and maintenance for the dogs."
