"Absolute sticker shock. Despite our initial discussions indicating that our dog's first grooming might exceed the prices listed on their site, we were still astounded when we received the bill. It ended up being approximately 50% higher than what we had anticipated based on our earlier conversations. For anyone going for the first time, I highly recommend taking your pet in and requesting a quote upfront. While the quality of the grooming was acceptable, it's certainly not suitable for everyone. Even though subsequent visits may be more affordable if done within a reasonable timeframe, I plan to explore other options. I'm not keen on all the additional charges we found on our bill."
