"Uses to be great. Had a shake up in staffing with a strike threat. Now the person who is in charge found out i made a complaint against her and now my dog is mysteriously banned from coming there. Nice revenge groomer. Ill spend my money elsewhere"

"Took my two dogs to get the mini make rover plus. The groomers, Jennifer and Kathleen, decided to hold my two dogs hostage because we didn’t go pay immediately. The two groomers held my little chihuahua in front of my wife while he was trying to get free from her, they also tied my big dog to the wall and wouldn’t let him into the room with my wife while I was at the register paying. We have never experienced this nor been told we couldn’t get our dogs back. We always get them groomed and take them to get a toy. The manager, Tiffany, then tried to argue and tell me I was overreacting because I wanted my dogs back. My wife and I have shopped with this store many times and this will be the last time. This is the worst act of customer service I have ever experienced and corporate will be receiving call."

"This is the third time in the past couple of months of this location turning my dog away. This past summer I’ve gotten a text Message sent to me about Petco Staff boycotting against a manager. At the time, I received the message I had made an appointment for my dog to be serviced . Unfortunately I spoke over with my current manager at the store and he offered for me to head another location for the grooming. This recent weekend I’ve tried to get my dog groom for the third time this year and they were very unprofessional. Stated they didn’t have the proper tools for the netting of her palms. I was highly frustrated and I won’t be returning to this location."
