"Think twice before using this agency. As a customer my rates increased year over year, despite my cars getting older and never having claims. Finally moved all my policies to State Farm, including home. Communicated with Mr Merz to not renew policies and to cancel at term - however home policy was not canceled. Subsequently received a bill for an extra month on home policy. Attempted to contact Mr. Merz multiple times but he ghosted me and wouldn't respond. I just got a letter from a collections company today. Easy to resolve on my end, I have the emails, the new policy, etc., but VERY unprofessional of Mr. Merz's agency. I will be filing a complaint with insurance commission, but also want to warn others."
