"H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E company to work for. I experienced this job and they were inconsistent, rude, training was trash and the manager could careless. This was in the verification department where you input updated, expired, or out of force policies. They were horrible to work for. Played favoritism. One minute you can be rewarded and next the reward is removed and dangled over your head. It was also like a prison. They did not want you to talk to other employees or coworkers. Just ran it like a plantation. No "good mornings". Manager didn't even recognized you and only talk to you to reprimand you. Nothing positive. Don't do it!"

"Would definitely not recommend working here, well in the call center department at least. Worked there in year of 2018 and management in that specific department was terrible. For one you get asked to take overtime but not only during the holidays but even during random times throughout the year which is frustrating and its "mandatory". Do not get me wrong pay is good enough but to have a manager that wont even step in to help her own employees or department is very hard to deal with. As well as seeing other employees in other departments happy about their position and manager makes you even more upset. Every other department has a system that works for not only the manager but the TEAM. Choose to work for a company that cares for you and not just their work and their money. A manager should be able to step in and help their TEAM when in need instead of over working her own employees. Left in the October of 2018 to seek a company that actually cares about their employees."
