"Terrible service. I had them come out to jump my car, and then tow it because it would jump. The tow truck said he couldnt do it because of the position it was in. We couldnt get the natural release to work to roll it to out of my drive way to the road, and he didn't want to hook it up from behind. The driver said I'd have to call a company to move it with dollies and then hook it up from the front. I believed him and called a towing company to get a quote. The guy laughed at me and said he could do it without dollies and without damage to my car. He was there in 15 minutes and in 15 more my car was safely aboard his truck and on the way to the repair shop...oh and guess what? It was just a bad battery. I asked BOTH AAA guys if that's what it could be and if I could buy one off of them just to be sure, but they assured me it wasn't the battery after their testing...Needless to say I'll be canceling my services."
