"I would highly recommend this loan company to people I highly dislike. Even then I would have to board line hate them. My experience thus far has been nothing but underhanded moves and lies. At first I believed everything to be on the up and up. However towards the end of our meeting. While I was reading over the paperwork. I found where they had entered an extra $200 for a service I didn’t not request and was not told about. She removed it promptly after giving me a sales speech on why I needed this “warranty type insurance” for my pick up. This was the first red flag. I wish I would have gotten up and walked out. Found somewhere else or just not got a loan at all. Because the issue the money was going to resolve. Didn’t happen because they didn’t pay when they promised they would. Matter of fact I still have not seen 1 red cent. Best believe they have my title and everything. I guess since they got what they wanted I’m just some customer they now have to deal with. Pathetic I was told since it was almost 4:30pm that the accounting department pays out between 8:30am and 6pm. Since it was almost the end of the day. It could possibly be tomorrow when I received the funds to my account. I found this very understandable and proceeded. Here it is 10pm the next day. Still no money. Called Missouri title loans 4 times only twice was I answered. They claim they transferred it. Called my bank 3 times (answered everytime) nothing is pending or been received. Seeing how I’ve been with my bank for 5 years and they have never once told me wrong. I’m going to have to say that the lady at the title loan place literally put me on hold. While she lead me to believe she was contacting the main office. She said, “ she talked to the IT department and they said they transferred funds. Call back tomorrow if you don’t get them.” Now I could be wrong, but doesn’t the accounting department handle money, and the IT guys handle computer hardware and software repair? I feel this company has been dishonest and could not care about me as their customer what so ever. Come tomorrow morning I’ll be cancelling any and all services they claim to provide but couldn’t & didn’t deliver. Now don’t get me wrong I’m sure at some point they would have gotten me my money. However when that will be is unknown at this point. If I had days or weeks to wait for the money. I would have just saved it or waited for payday. However I got the loan cause I needed money that next day for an important personal expense. Which did not get paid on time because Missouri Title loans did NOT do what they said they were going to do. They had no problem taking my title. They had no problem lying to me on the phone, and in person. So far their only issue is not paying the money. Which loaning money is literally their main objective. I don’t understand how a place like this even stays in business. Or how they have 5 stars on google. It just proves 1 thing. You really can’t believe everything you read on the internet. Even if it’s a google review. Save yourself the headache and find some where else to get a loan. This place isn’t it."
