"Nice folks and enjoyed them during the purchase process. Purchased a new side by side and kids four wheel from them. During my purchase, they told me they had a shop at their house where they performed repairs. My side by side had several things go wrong within weeks after getting it. At that time, they told me the needed repairs were beyond their capabilities. They wanted me to take my machine several hours away to a different Massimo provider. They wanted to onboard a local service provider which took months to do. Conveniently, their insurance won’t allow them to take “used” items so they wouldn’t trade me out. This started very early in to my ownership. Our unit has an easy life with zero abuse. Almost 1 year later, my side by side is still not fixed. Fortunately, Massimo has been really good to work with. They provided me with their strongest repair facility near me and my unit is dropped of for repair now. As for Grand Powersports, I can recommend them for price and friendliness. Their ability to make things right and do repairs on their sales is very lacking from my prospective. They are real quick to tell you “we just don’t have problems out of these units” but don’t know how to handle them when they do."
