We were told we would have to set up new payment arrangements and that we would be contacted within a couple weeks of the next payment date. We were never contacted nor told that our policy was cancelled. I found out by a letter from my bank saying we didn't have insurance. Luckily I wasn't in an accident or pulled over. Go somewhere else or at least to a different branch of Shelter."
