"I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They ruined the appearance of my new black stainless steel refrigerator with scratches so deep (many different huge scratches) and said they would give me $100. I said that was ridiculous then he said resend the pics and he would do everything he could to make me happy. That was Nov. 3 and I’ve never heard from him again. The price is great and the gentlemen are friendly - just be sure to check every piece of furniture before they leave. I have since found deep gouges in my dresser, doorways where you can see they knocked furniture into them, but the fridge was the worst - and they knew it happened and tried to hide it by putting my fridge sideways and saying it was so I could hook up the water line."
"I am so glad that I used Small Movers to help me move from my home in St. Charles to Lake St. Louis!!! They were affordable and awesome. Very nice, patient, and efficient. They took care of all of my items and made sure it was all put where I wanted it and put together. I moved to a 2nd floor apartment and they never complained. They moved my items in a timely manner. I will definitely refer Small Movers to anyone that needs a moving company."
