"Positives: Professionalism, accountability, courteous, Responsiveness Everything with this company was fine up until I had my units delivered. While going through my pods I noticed one of them did not belong to me and that my my unit is missing. I called and spoke with a manager who then advised me that one of my units(the one missing) had been dropped by a previous employee and my unit had been damaged. I was then advised that my items were placed into another pod but they where not sure where it was. The manager stated that she would locate it and have the correct unit delivered. However with all that occurred I would definitely say the manager Tami and the delivery driver was VERYYYY professional and did all she could to correct the issue and was very apologetic, I will still refer this company bc they did make good on the mistakes that where made."

"We used My Way for almost a year first having them drop-off a container at our old home and then moving it to our new house. They were great after comparing prices they were most reasonable. The customer service people were willing to explain the various options polite, definitely understand the word Customer in Customer Service Those dropping off, moving and final pickup of the container were top-notch - it was great having the container on-site to unload and sort instead of having to go to a distant location for storage - I highly recommend them for your short term storage needs --- Christine"

"The owners and staff at MyWay in St Louis are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our move was unpredictable and required several changes, including adding and subtracting pods, and accessing pods over several days' time. Service was efficient, friendly, and on time. When I needed a way for movers to repack items in inclement weather, I was provided an extra empty pod for the day. James and Rick couldn't have been more accommodating or understanding. I highly recommend this service!"
