"We went in Thursday June 1 , 2023 . Lisa Quoted us new insurance typed up a letter to give to our insurance at that time to cancel with farmers. Here it is the 6th of June and after several calls and texts being told they would send over our policy . Never sent and now no answers through calls or texts not okay to leave Customers with no insurance. Not happy at all with this company"
