I did not receive any renewal quote and my escrow was charged double amount compared to my previous year premium. He gave me a good initial quote but not the best, but the recent escrow bill was a shocker. Whenever I spoke to him, his attitude was like he was giving me a favor. Rudy, I asked you to cancel the policy renewal, but you canceled it right away, the same day I requested it. Please try to work on your pricing and try to improve your attitude."
