"Fast, friendly service. I was going to buy some tape, but the service representative simply taped the box for me (saving me $9.00). I was in and out in less than 1 minute. Couldn't have asked for better."

"If I could give negative 10 stars I would! It's always an issue with delivery or delay when I use corporations that ship though fed ex and this is why I don't shop with retailers who choose fed ex. I have seen 6 fed ex drivers in my neighborhood in one weekend why am I still waiting on my package that is 15 minutes away from my home. Horrible customer service!"

"Would be zero stars if possible. I avoid FedEx like the plague, and they continue to give me reasons to do so. Lied to us twice about the whereabouts of our package before they finally admitted it wasn't on the truck for delivery as they claimed (twice). This is not the first time this has happened."
