"Ordered a phone and they package was lost after the fact they had it listed as being delivered at 7 pm then the next day there was no tracking! They won’t give a refund until they finish there 2 week investigation! Will never order anything that comes throw ups again! Then you cant even get ahold of a real person!!!"

"UPS has exceptionally poor customer service. The company only cares about its revenue and its stock price. Satisfied customers are a byproduct of its business operations not a goal. It is beyond unfortunate that a different, better company cannot rise up and utterly destroy and bankrupt the United Parcel Service."

"I ordered from skincare from ULTA on Jan 6th and was supposed to have my package on Jan 11th. Around Jan 9th my Delivery info completely disappeared for days after my package finally arrived at the Earth CITY location. Today is Jan 16th and it’s now saying my package will arrive this Sunday [Jan 27th] which took three weeks… The worst part about this is when I’m checking the location today, Details have reappeared but it’s now saying my package Left the Earth City Location which isn’t too far from my house.. and it is now in CALIFORNIA?!? This is crazy. The people behind the google account keep leaving copy paste messages to everyone experiencing issues but typing personal messages to those who didn’t experience any problems with delivery? This location is a joke…When I spoke to a rep I read off my tracking number incorrectly on accident and was taken back when the lady actually gave me an update on an order she couldn’t possibly have found. This entire experience was unprofessional. I’m glad I didn’t waste money on fast shipping. The rating for this place is barely at 3 stars and nothing has changed. Everytime my stuff comes through earth city something goes wrong."

"We came to get some boxes taped up and get labels created as we have a business UPS account, we also called in advance to confirm they provided this service but when we came in the guy practically shoved us out the door. He passive aggressively told us we had to manually write 20 shipping labels and that they didn’t have tape we could use nor would he do it for us. It’s fine if they don’t provide that service but the manner in which he spoke to us was unacceptable."
