"This is an awful place to try and return At&t equipment. The dollar general employee is a See You Next Tuesday! She is unprofessional and unwilling to help. I see her here often as there is no one else to work. However she is always smoking cigarettes by the front door the smell and smoke is terrible! She then decides to use the bathroom for a very long time leaving customers standing at the register. The paper for at&t says right on it No Need To pack anything. They will; Pack and lable and ship your equipment back to at&t at no charge. She flat out refused to do it, saying no box can't take it. She just didn't want to do her job. I wish I would have gotten her name. But it's the lady who smokes all day with thr really long hair. She won't help you. She needs a new job. Since she won't do this one!"
