"Several times given “no access to delivery location” when I have been up and down those roads all day. If one more living shipment ends up dead I will have to have a talk in person."

"I have had several interactions with an employee named April. She has always been helpful and friendly. The local carrier seems friendly as well. My only concern is one of my letters disappeared. Thankfully it was a minor inconvenience and I don't know why or where it vanished."

"The post office has lost my packages twice due to their staff “not scanning” items. I understand we are in a pandemic but the amount of unprofessionalism is insane. I will pay to have packages shipped within two days and two days later it will still be at the post office. “Sometimes we get pretty backed up and things sit around here for awhile” is always their excuse. It’s completely unacceptable and I have learned that I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way just so I can have my mail properly delivered. (I have walked in 3 times and each time I see the same girl on her phone, maybe she should be handling the packages!)"

"We had the same mail lady for 25 yrs, NEVER one problem. Since she retired, it has been mail people from HELL!! we find our mail out on the highway, or half a letter, or just the contents with no envelope. We feel grateful when we DO GET OUR MAIL!! When it gets delivered MAYBE. 99% of the employees are RUDE, I go to New Melle post office when ever possible."

"I read the other reviews and I have to disagree. I have had very good experiences with this post office and they have been nice and accommodating to me. My packages are always handled well. I stopped by one day while they were closed for lunch, but asked a carrier I saw outside if I could drop off a package that was already labeled...she said hang on, then someone came out and accepted my package. Also, when I moved to the area a few years ago, my carrier stopped by to introduce herself. Seem to be very good people."
