"cant even deliver a package. initially i had put the incorrect address. then i changed the delivery address on their automated phone number, they received it, said they fixed it. then right before they deliver it they said that they "couldn't find the apartment " when my apartment complex isn't even difficult to locate addresses. they need to hire new drivers and/or fix these issues. i the. had to speak to an actual representative to ask her to hold the package so i can then pick it up. but due to the hours they are open 4-5:30pm, makes me wonder if i'm ever going to be able to pick it up. very unsatisfied with this service."
