"This is by far the best and most efficient post office in the Northland. The ladies that work here are absolute gems. One of the workers there, her name is Amanda Maddox , I believe , was truly stellar! I had forgotten to provide shipping details (I was having a very difficult day) and Amanda patiently and kindly went above and beyond to assist me. I hope her manager sees this, as she deserves the recognition and perhaps a raise if it’s possible. Working in customer service is one of the most important but difficult jobs at times and I know this first hand, so when she helped with my needs I was so appreciative and grateful to have a beautiful moment like that. The women who work here outshine every other post office I’ve been too, they need to take some notes on how to run a post office. The gal working next to her was so quick and efficient as well (I wish I would’ve caught her name), she was great too! Sorry for the long review but sometimes it just needs to be said. I’ll be going here from now on."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the 3 rudest ladies I’ve ever met. For being around a while they should all go back to learning customer service skills because I’m pretty sure they skipped that part of training."

"Supposed to close at 2 yet they are already closed at 1:45, and the package drop off inside is locked. A lobby full of disappointed people trying to drop off packages bc we should still have 15 minutes but per usual, they decided to just close. This location is literally terrible. They’re always extremely rude and make up their own hours. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would."
