"Melissa Wren was amazing. Front desk is friendly in person. The phone line can be hit or miss but they are better about answering calls now. Sadly my provider left this practice and they switched my providers about a month ago. Have been having issues ever since with the new care team like sending prescriptions to pharmacies in other states and not having answers for it. They have also been very poor at communicating and seem to want to blame patients for mistakes made on their end and expect you to fix it. Hopefully it changes because I used to feel like they took care of you here. Now it seems like an inconvenience when you have a question about the mistakes they made with your care."

"This office is VERY poor at responding to medicine refills. Neurological meds are critical. Twice I’ve been left for 4+ days waiting for them to ok a refill. Pharmacy couldn’t get timely responses and neither could I. When I phoned the office the second time, “Jessica” answered. Never have I been so disrespectfully spoken to. Will be finding a new practice."
