"This place is unprofessional, even by U-Haul’s low standards. If you use the insurance, he is extremely rude. He seems to know where the line is to stay out of court. I’m done with U-Haul. It seems you have to be selfish, petty and stupid to run one of these places."

"By far the worst business I've ever had The Misfortune to conduct business with..The truck was filthy, with sticky pop all down the sides of the doors..Old paperwork and trash still in the truck..I had to clean off the steering wheel just so my hands wouldn't stick to it..A long crack on the front windshield in the driver's View, which is illegal to even put that 26 ft truck on the road.. The hooks on the ramp wouldn't stay in because one side was damaged.. This led to me falling off the ramp twice..Their employee told me it was $10 to rent moving blankets, only to find out it was $10 a day which came to $190 to just USE the blankets..They blamed me for not understanding my contract instead of understanding their employee misrepresented their charges.."

"Quick and easy experience with a VERY nice and clean van. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is the staff seemed uninterested in helping me when I was bewildered with what kind of strap/cord/rope to purchase to tie down furniture."

"Staff was friendly and pretty efficient despite a large amount of weekend rental demand. Lines get long but they do help everyone. Prices pretty good, almost everything was easy except the 24/7 returns instructions. Wasn't clear where to park or the key drop ox location. Online photo return was easy though! Would rent from here again."

"This u-haul location is a JOKE!! We were in the store for about a half hour waiting for someone to help us. I found one of the workers outside and asked for assistance. He was kind, but said the front desk person would be there soon. Comes to find out, the lady was in the bathroom and she was on her phone watching videos! (You could clearly hear the music/sounds) I ended up knocking on the door to let her know we needed assistance!! She just yelled “OCCUPIED”. She finally came out, but on her time. I had opted to pick up the rental in person because I thought it would be faster. What a mistake! I honestly think it would be better if they had robots or machines or a complete self service being the only operation of this facility. No problems with the rental of the trucks, just issues at this location with the non-existent employees. I’m doubtful anything will actually be done to fix their customer service, u-haul isn’t going out of business anytime soon, so they don’t care."
