"My experience here was so bad that I thought that I was being recorded for one of those jokes _TV shows where they do everything wrong and then at the end, they tell you that there's a hidden camera and the whole thing was a prank. But unfortunately it was not like that. Things were not don't right period no joke. First of all she was 25 min late to see me because she was fixing something with her computer while I was waiting. Then she says that she's a doctor however she doesn't even know how to find your veins when she's trying to get blood she was also checking her cell phone on and off while she was "working" on my veins. Then when she finally gets the blood.(After poking you 5 or 6 times and hurting your arms) she drops your blood making a mess and mixing different tubes without even being careful about the way she was handling niddles and blood..there was blood all around the countertops and wall, so she then decides to wash the tub that had my blood adding water inside the tube that had the blood. To later on let me know that she couldn't use the blood because you were dehydrated and your blood waa too dark and because of that your blood turned into gel. I mean Im not lying. What happened today was the weirdest, scariest and bizarre situation I have ever experienced. Not only scary but also a bit humiliating after she pulled my cheek as if I was a bulldog telling me that I needed fillings. I want to express that I remained educated, kind and understanding until the end when she ended up messing up not only my time but also with my arms, I was mostly scared. It is 12.03 and my arms are sore and I can't get over everything that happened today. It was crazy."
