Now, the payment I mailed to Capital One in California two weeks ago STILL HASN’T ARRIVED. I have zero faith in our USPS now. "You might want to teach your drivers that if a package doesn't fit in the mailbox, then they need to get out of their car and take it to the door. I spent quite a while trying to pry a package out of my mailbox this morning because it didn't fit. And the best part was, I had just pulled into my driveway as the driver was trying to put it in the mailbox. She could have got out of her car and met me in the driveway but I guess she was too lazy. Now the package is messed up and it was a Christmas present. Do better."
