"Three packages delivered to the wrong address in a week.One package was delivered to wrong address again after notifying FedEx they had delivered the other two packages to wrong address. Contacted FedEx corporate several times and was told that a phone call would be made to retrieve packages. Nothing has been done still missing packages and no phone call or resolution."

"Delivered a 700$ generator to someone else!!! Now they cant find it!!! I am beyond mad. I have asked to speak to someone from the distribution center and can't! Yet your driver lost my generator!!! It's time we all call the bbb. Generator was damaged it can't be fixed. FedEx is responsible but they won't do anything. Apparently they're the only company that can and will work with champion. "We recently moved here, and have had no issues getting our other mail delivered via UPS and USPS. We have seen FedEx delivering to other people in this same complex as us. Suddenly FedEx has decided first, that I wasn't home/the business was closed. I watched the driver stop at the gas station down the road from me for almost 30 minutes before they even marked it as an "attempt" I've been home every delivery "attempt" and have tried to flag down the driver to no avail. Now today, my address is incorrect and they can't deliver it, and the time on the attempt was almost an hour and a half before the "delivery" Customer service was no help either, and setting delivery instructions with the delivery manager was also ineffective."
