The increase from January 145.00 to Febuary 358.99 was crazy when I asked about it, I was told the new billing system, and one vehicle had a different renewal date. "The fantastic folks at the Gina Conaway office are absolutely amazing! They walked me through the entire process of making a claim by using the State Farm application on my phone - super quick, intuitive, and easy to navigate - and all my claims documents were immediately available for download or sharing. Once the initial claim was made, I was periodically contacted by text (my requested preference, I am sure they would have called or emailed if I preferred that) - making sure that I knew when to expect a claims adjuster to arrive, that rental car arrangements were made and the rental vehicle was satisfactory, and to answer any questions I had. The Emergency Roadside assistance contact I made via the phone app was absolutely flawless, and the nice woman with whom I spoke was exceedingly helpful and made sure the towing service knew right where to find my vehicle (and the towing company arrived 30 minutes AHEAD of the estimated time, too!). Fortunately, I haven't had to make very many claims in my life *knocks on wood*, but this was far and away THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL interaction I have ever had with any insurance company. If you don't have Gina and her teammates as your State Farm Insurance representatives, you should move your insurance business to them immediately - you will be VERY glad that you did!"
