"Had my lien-holder contact Patrick to assist with adding them to my vehicle. (Had to call 2 different numbers multiple times in order to get an answer). After finally getting an answer he complained about them calling too much.. Unprofessional to say the least & no one should have to call multiple times to get customer support & shouldn’t be hung up on randomly either. He stated he would send the documents over and we thought that was the end of it. (we’re at the lien holder office attempting to get this done to go get a vehicle while on the phone with him). After waiting at the office for over an hour AmFam then informs us they won’t be sending the documents until the next day. Having to wait for the documents isn’t the reason for bad review, but the unprofessional complaint about calls and not informing of the time frame of sending documents over when you’re aware we’re in the office currently waiting on them. I think a review will be more effective than filing a complaint as they ask you the complainant what disciplinary action you suggest should be done when filing it. This suggests to me there is no proper procedures in place to handle things as such, providing no transparency or accountability."
