"Not very responsive or professional, they don’t communicate well, they have not been returning calls. I am the buyer and was told “Since it’s a for sale by owner to communicate with the seller for further information as there is no agent” What’s that mean? Translation: “Don’t call us” I felt this was not only unprofessional but rude. I would suggest using a different title company Although the receptionist does seem very professional and polite."
