KO Storage

"The worst storage facility i have seen. I have been purchasing unit when they come up for auction for several years now. My daughter rents from them and is past due. I am willing to pay the unit today but they refuse to remove their lock and insist on charging another month. This is the second time they have done this. The lady was rude would not let us speak to manager. I do not recommend ever renting from th, unless you just want to lose your belongings."

"We would prefer a place that has someone in office for issues or questions, but it's a nice property, gated, and clean. If your not good with self service, this isn't the place for you, messages don't get answered and you can't usually get the local person to answer"

"Once I found it, off west bound 60 just before Republic, it was fine. Google doesn't have good directions as they made me pull back into heavy traffic, make a u turn at the light and then cross over heavy traffic again. KO is okay...Google sucks."

"Was very happy with KO until today. Have had my unit almost a year. Started out paying $160 for a 10x30. Inquired in January why my rent was going up, and was informed that everyone’s prices were going up so they had to adjust. Took it with a grain of salt. Find out today my rent is going up again, and more than the last increase. Called and was told they increase rent every 6 months! Never in all my years and all the storage units I have had has one increased even once. Now they want me to pay $218 with another increase due in January. Don’t think so! Let this be your warning!"

"KO Storage is a great place if you need a storage shed. I was looking for one and got lucky to get a climate controlled one. They are really nice and had access to my things when I needed to. They are friendly there also and help if you need something. If I need storage again, I will definitely call them!!"
