"The mail lady has left our mail box open 3 times now. I know it must be a stressful, busy, and redundant job to deliver so many peoples mail. Maybe they have a sensitive wrist that keeps them from closing boxes correctly? If so they should find a different roll in your establishment. Due to the fact that leaving a mail box open risks the mail falling out and getting damaged. That puts your title and competency at risk if this goes uncorrected. Sometimes our deliveries are the most exciting thing for us please do not tarnish it. Kind regards."
"We did our family of 6 passports here. The lady upfront was super helpful and very patient with us while we filled forms for the kids and ourselves. She was also super nice when my one year old didn't want to cooperate for his photo. Def will be using here for all our future passport needs."
