At this location, you can pick up and drop off FedEx pre-labeled packages without having to wait at home for a delivery. Simply bring your tracking number and ID to retrieve your package once it is ready for pickup. Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, weighing less than 55 pounds and smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this service, and you can also drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages for online shopping returns. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted at this location, as long as they have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please ensure that all packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping them off at this location. Shipping and packing materials are not provided, so make sure your package is "ready to ship" with the label affixed to the box. For assistance with packing supplies or help with dangerous goods/hazardous material shipments, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location in Rockaway Beach.
