"I was taken back by the lack of professionalism, not even sure the guy behind the counter was a postal worker, since when is it ok to wear street clothes? I had to ask the guy what his name was, he replied Skylar, no last name no identifying tags or badges. My husband and I brought in a paper that was left in our mail box indicating a certified letter, stood In line for 15 minutes while Skylar was not being helpful to a lady who clearly made her request vivid on a parcel she was trying to send, all the while an older over baring woman standing in the back on her cell phone with the speaker on during her conversation stepped up to the counter as if there was no line or normal structure in decency and respect for "wait your turn" was helped promptly by Skylar......very unprofessional! In all the years of being an avid post office user I have never seen the likes, not impressed Reeds Springs Postal Service."
