"zero stars it wouldn't let me no give any.they were supposed to send my pkg fedex. It did not show up and the tracking num I had to insist they give me came up invalid. Fedex said they don't have letters in them but what they gave me had them. The Mgr. was rude said they are not liable and he can't do anything. He was snarky and refused to even try to make it right. I ended up having to call corporate office and discovered they shipped it thru ups yet the Mgr claimed it was fedex which is who I told them to use. The Mgr was snarky the whole time. I am being charged $150.00 for the missing item because of their screw up that he refused to make right or even try to do so. I am waiting to hear back from corporate on what they are going to do in addition to address his action or inaction."
