"I have lived in Bella Vista, AR, since 1997, and if I use Highlands PO, my mail is always late it takes "at least" 10 days. I overnighted a small package to my husband, who is currently in physical therapy rehab in Huntsville,AR Paid 30.00 on feb 13th and still hasn't gotten there. He needed it today. US Post Office. Why don't they do something?"

"Return mail saying unable to forward when the people are still living there; no plans of moving. Address was correct!"

"This is the worst USPS area I've ever seen. They constantly deliver my items to the wrong addresses. Please fix this office."

"An update date from 2023: Still no word on my past item, so I’m SOL. But I’m now going to be reaching back out, as again an item has been marked as delivered and it was not. I’m not sure how it’s hard to put two packages addressed to me along with the letter that was placed in my mailbox. There’s zero excuse for marking something as delivered, then not actually delivering it. ***** I had a package that was never delivered, and the tracking info shows it was picked up on-site, even though I never came in. I’ve called and left my info and was told they’d call me back, but now any calls I make for an update are never answered and their “Answering machine is turned off.” An absolute joke. Is ID not required for picking up packages, or does this location just give out free mail? How about you guys call me back with an update since you have my info."

"They are always slow and never deliver mail to the correct address. When you file a missing mail request, they say that they'll answer you back and never do. The post office is a complete joke. If I didn't have to use the post office I wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend the postal service to anyone."
