"Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience. I walked in for a new hire appointment. Before I could even say why I was there the lady questioned why I was even there. I told her I had an appointment and she told me I didn’t and that it was at 2:30 without even checking. It was at 3 but I accidentally scheduled it for republic. She had an attitude with me for no reason and told me she’s ready to leave so she doesn’t know what to say when I asked if I could re schedule. I believe her name was chelsi. She did however end up telling me to check back Friday to see if any new shifts had dropped. I thought of Amazon as a nice company, so having someone rude at the front desk isn’t the best first impression.. I’m not normally one to complain but the customer service just isn’t it."
