Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this service, and you can also drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages from online shopping returns. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment. Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so make sure your packages are ready to ship before dropping them off.
