"I will say under the previous dispatch team I was displeased; but with a late bus delay and my kids normal bus driver not seeing them she drove passed the stop because she was already running late. I called once to check and then again to double check. They rerouted a different bus to make sure my kids made it to school. I appreciate the help. While I haven’t always been happy with past experiences. This one was exceptional."

"The bus did not pick up any of the kids and just left them at school until the parents came to get them. This did not just happen once."

"My kid was not put on the bus schedule nobody will answer the phone. Nobody will call me . Now I'm missing hours of work because of it."

"These poor kids are never picked up on time for school. Today the bus was almost an hour late. That means that these kids missed breakfast and some of their first hour classes. Don't know what's going on but this happens every single year. Even before the virus, so I know that's not their excuse."

"Told 8/18 to expect bus info to be available 8/20. It wasn't. Recieved email today 8/23 saying what bus he would be riding however The email was blank. Called multiple times and left a voice mail and have yet to receive a call back to let me know. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A HEADACHE SINCE THE BEGINNING. I hope Northwest will chose a different company soon!!!"
