"Donna is an amazing instructor! I took my AHA BLS certification class as well as my 8-week EMT-B class with her. I learned so much from Donna and had a lot of fun along the way. I just recently took my psychomotor and cognitive tests to get nationally certified and I passed both on my first try! The national pass rate of these tests are about 64% so the fact that her classes consistently have a 100% pass rate really shows something. Donna expects a lot from you and the class is definitely challenging but that is because Donna KNOWS you can succeed. If it wasn't for the challenging nature of her class, I don't think she would be getting the outstanding pass rates that she receives.
