"Misdelivery happens almost weekly with my mail. They can't read past the numbers on the address apparently. My mail gets delivered to a residence that shares the same house number all the time, too. The first time was an accident, all the other times (I know of at least three times in a year someone else received my packages) is just being incompetent and lazy. I'm taking my complaints higher this time and we'll see what happens. *Update 10/27/2023 They are still incompetent and nobody at the office seems to care. If I was this bad at my job, I would get fired. *Update 12/16/2023 misdelivery...AGAIN. Who knows where my package ended up. They close early on Saturdays so I will get no help until Monday. One star is way to generous for this place."

"I used to be really impressed with my mail person in Carl Junction. Always on time. Always had mail delivered by 10 am on the weekdays. Now, I'm lucky if my mail comes at all. Would be great if we could get some consistency. The new lady sucks and is slow."

"I take packages for my business here multiple times a week. The lines are almost always short allowing me to get in and out quickly. Michelle at the counter is a joy to work with and is always very positive. If it weren’t for Michelle I would have probably given 4 stars because the other employees aren’t nearly as nice or pleasant to work with. Overall, this is my favorite post office in the area for efficiency and experience."

"I grew up in this town and moved away, returning in 2011. For years our mail delivery was flawless with excellent customer service. I'm disabled, in a wheelchair, the mail ladies knew this and went above and beyond until last year. One kind lady retired and they reassigned the other, after that, our mail delivery has been absolutely HORRID. Amazon boxes and envelopes jammed in mailboxes, crushed letter mail behind. "Undeliverable" notices when NOTHING was blocking the mailbox, it was raining. I guess someone didn't want to walk to my door with a box in the rain. I'm FED UP and eligible for a Doctor's Waiver and mailbox by my door. Because of one new, lazy well-known to the neighborhood mail carrier, they can all walk to my door whilst being recorded by my Ring video doorbell. The picture attached is not my address, but another nearby. I've had this happen to me, today it was an Amazon box jammed in so tightly I had to position my wheelchair in the street to pry it out. I prayed I didn't get hit by a speeding texter. I'M DONE!!!!!!!!!"

"2 times in a row now, I have been expecting a package from Amazon. I watched the tracking info all day. No delivery. Both times the carrier said they couldn't access the residence. Nothing blocking my driveway plus I was sitting in my living room the first time and the second time i was literally in my driveway, no one showed up. I dont believe the carrier even tried to attempt the delivery. Absolutely terrible service now days. Wasnt always like this, only started when we got the new driver."
