"I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are an absolute joke. I supposedly have a judgement but was never served paperwork. I called to verify the debt and pay it, if it was in fact mine. Again, never served paperwork. Lady tells me my only option is to pay it. I told her that no sane person would just pay $2k "just because she told me to" when there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING verifying the debt was mine. She again told me that her hands were tied and that I had one option and one option only. I was not rude at all, just very straight to the point, but she was awful from the get go. Pretty sure you HAVE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE DEBT??? So, now I have a judgement that I cannot pay because they refuse to send me any kind of paperwork showing that it is in fact my debt. 10/10 absolute joke of a company."
