"Had them for about a week and then they come and got my equipment. This is because my old company would not come out here and get it and wanted me to deliver it to them. I do not have a car and was trying to arrange t transportation to the delivery equipment to the old oxygen company. Good positions home medical thug came happy birthday to the oxygen talking to quickly being with don't go bad tanks and one half working oxygen cuts through your company. Do not deal with this company they are nothing but a bunch of things"

"After having faught with these incompetent people for the last three years to get my mother's items she needs we are finally getting somewhere only to find out that they are no longer accepting insurance for the particular items needed now they are only accepting cash for the item she needs I believe they knew this month ago but still accepted the doctor's prescription clinician notes and filed it through her insurance only be told that they're not going to accept her insurance as payment forcing us to find another medical supply store which could take another year. Y'all need to pull your head from you rear I can see now why Evans dropped you!"

"Unresponsive and unhelpful. We dropped a portable oxygen machine off 3/6/2020 and it has still not been returned despite many phone calls and attempts to pick it up. For the first year they had it they kept “forgetting” to send it off to get fixed and now it’s been over 2.5 years without my dad being able to use his only portable oxygen machine that Medicare will pay for. They have told us they will call us back with update over a dozen times and not once have they called us back or provided help other than oxygen tanks."
