"Lost my package and didn't bother to notify us of it when calling the facility all you get is a call hub and all they can tell you is oh I'm sorry we lost your package notify whomever you got it from and either get a refund or have them reissue not happy"

"They were only open 5-6:00 pm & didn't have the capability to print a label to send a package. We drove aprox 30 miles out of our way & nothing was resolved. We are not using UPS ever again. The nearest full service location is 1 & 1/2 hrs away. They will drop off a package at your home but not pick one up. The entire corporation is not customer friendly in my opinion."

"This particular UPS branch can never figure out the right address. This is the 2nd time that they delivered to a different address or sent the items back to the sender and I had to contact them to rectify. Wonder why or what is so hard to find a registered address?"

"These other reviews are just people complaining about issues they cause with how their homes are set up or dogs they shouldn't own. Never had an issue with UPS leaving package at the house. Just complainers here who have never done the job and don't understand time constraints."

"Drivers still not being trained properly. Management still lax in being accountable. Packages not sheeted properly because of the lax in management responsibilities. Customers cannot follow their pkg delivery status because of this. Embarrassing. They do not understand that the less the employees are taught properly and accountability they will themselves lose their needed work ethic in this environment. The boundaries change depending on the driver and the management feelings for the day. Common sense is lost on them. Still disappointed."
