"I would give Mr. Black and Andrew County title a ZERO sat on paperwork for almost 3 months and still not done what a disgrace. Two weeks ago said all he needed to do was proofread it. Proofreading still isn't done how do people run a busy like this. And there are others that work in the office my guess is they do nothing and don't know how to proofread. My advice you need to get another job cause this isn't working real well for you."
